Usually have a great experience here (mostly just oil changes and preventative maintenance), but this time I brought my Vehicle in for a safety recall. After the service was completed, the panels on the center console weren't fitting right. There were sections that were openly flopping around. Technician apologized and took the car back to the back again to try to make it fit properly. Driver side is back to normal now, but passenger side is still loose and it feels like there was probably a plastic clip that was broken during the disassembly or reassembly. I know it had to be a giant pain in the butt to take that thing apart just to get to the fuel pump. But is it unreasonable as a customer to expect to get your vehicle back from a Safety Recall in the same or better condition? And I don't feel like that's what I got. More
It was a little exciting as I first thought that with the new Honda, the entire car was warrantied, especially with the front protection plate, as a pin had broken, and evidently the plate dragged on the roa new Honda, the entire car was warrantied, especially with the front protection plate, as a pin had broken, and evidently the plate dragged on the road, breaking it in half. I had to wait a day, as everyone had gone home, and I took the car to another place before coming in. I didn't worry so much about the plate. I get scared about a person suggesting, "If it were me..." I just made it simple, and received my lube oil and filter change, as it was due, anyway, and the tire warning light went out (yay!). Come to find out, as I was signing all the papers, I had my other set of keys and pulled them out, leaving the original keys there overnight (lol). They kept them safe until I was able to get there earlier today. I did have to go back and have the technician reset the percentage of oil back from 30% to 100%. I've already read what the manual says about having it go below 0% messing up the computer. He did it very fast, and I appreciated that. Just another day in paradise on earth. (lol) Terrific people to discuss these things with. More

Went in for my Royal package oil change. I was greeted by Michael, from Sales, and was told where I needed to take my vehicle. We had no problem with the service at this point for this appointment. The problem was calling to make the appointment. The Service Dept at 6th Avenue Honda was professional and courtesy. Chase explained priority items beyond the oil change with no pressure to complete the work. I had a sudden serious problem with my car. They were very attentive to my description of the problem. Although they could not get to it for a few days due to a backlog they thoroughly tested it, diagn very attentive to my description of the problem.
