Terrible customer service. The service manager is incredibly rude. They messed up my car and then never came to update us leaving us in the lobby. I called 6th Ave Honda to schedule an appointment for an oil change. To my surprise I was able to bring my car in that very day. Chase was there ready to take my car, have the oil changed and run a 21 point oil change. To my surprise I was able to bring my car in that very day. Service department needs more training. They did not fill my wiper fluid and did something to my sensors that tripped a whole lot of codes.
