I scheduled an appointment for some basic maintenance as indicated by the "minder": oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid replacement. The online scheduling was a bit awkward but after a little fiddling I indicated by the "minder": oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid replacement. The online scheduling was a bit awkward but after a little fiddling I got the items selected and received an estimate. When I arrived for the appointment, I was immediately greeted with a suggestion to upgrade the services I had requested. Because the difference in cost was small I decided to accept the upgrade. After I had waited about 15 minutes I received a report on the vehicle which included suggested additional services for over $400 more. I found this annoying especially because Honda does not recommend these services until much later in the vehicle's life. Wisely Mr. Trask did not try to pressure me into adding the services. Apart from the upselling I was pleased with the service. Mr. Trask was pleasant, was clear about the cost of services and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. More

Definitely downhill from previous ownership. I used to be able to get a loaner car at no charge, now I have to rent one if I want one. This Honda is not as good as my 2007. The trunk opener on the keych be able to get a loaner car at no charge, now I have to rent one if I want one. This Honda is not as good as my 2007. The trunk opener on the keychain drives me crazy. My car has issues, but dealership cannot find them, so my confidence is low that problems will not happen again in a bad situation. I work on contract, so I lost 5 hours of earnings on Thursday. It sure would be nice if you had a full staff on Saturday. My next car will probably be a Toyota. Also, Toyota's console is much better than Hondas. More
