I am very disappointed in the service we received. We were given a quote for service and agreed on that price. When I picked up our van, the cost was more. I was told because of parts. I would like a refund. I spent almost $1,000 here and left with no results. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment due to pulling right. After inspection, you told me there was a problem with my front left with no results. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment due to pulling right. After inspection, you told me there was a problem with my front right tire and it needed a strut. After I agreed to the work, I researched the price and realized you charged me twice the price for half the product, and $350 for 1 hour of work to install. Prior to the install, we picked up our vehicle and realized it was now pulling hard left. We told Bryson this and he said he would relay this to the mechanic. After the work was done, I picked up the vehicle and it was still pulling hard left and the steering wheel would not straighten out and was going back and forth. I called back and told Bryson I did not think the mechanic actually tested it because if he had, he would have noticed it right away. Bryson told me to come back so I did. After 2 days I here nothing and I called back to get answered by Renee. She said the mechanic was on lunch at 2pm and she would let me know the status when he got back. 5:30pm I called back and Renee tells me she tried to call. Lie again. I had no calls and Bryson had no troubles in the past. I asked what was done and she said she did not know, and proceeded to tell me that the issue was bad tires and that the mechanic said it was straight. I told her it was more than bad tires I wanted to know what was done. She did not know and admitted to us that her analysis as her opinion. Just as I expected, the vehicle still was pulling hard left and the wheel was shaking. I took the Kia to Firestone the next day and they told me the alignment was way off and sent me a capture of the specs. The van now is driving perfect. I want a refund because now I have lost complete faith in the fact that I even needed a strut to begin with. Your operation is a sham I I will expose it. I believe I have been victimized by your service department. Your mechanic did not fix the issue I paid for, and I was lied to on multiple occasions by multiple people. More
