I had my car serviced on May 29th and the service was quick. I thought it was time for the air filter and cabin filter to be changed and was told they were both good. I checked both of them when I got ho quick. I thought it was time for the air filter and cabin filter to be changed and was told they were both good. I checked both of them when I got home and they did need to be changed. Also, was there in December for a service and had my tires rotated. Fifteen minutes after leaving the dealership my low tire notification came on. All 4 tires were 15 pounds under pressure. The last 2 times I have been here for service has been less than satisfactory and I will not go back, even to use my free oil changes. More

Overpriced service. They broke my car remote while attempting to change a battery the last time I came in. The remote was working until I took it to service. I only had a notification in the car sayin attempting to change a battery the last time I came in. The remote was working until I took it to service. I only had a notification in the car saying low battery. When they took it to change the battery, they said the keyless remote does not work. How can it not work when I just used it to bring the car for service! The lady who handled my service just said " these remotes go bad" and I need to spend a few hundred dollars getting a new one. Frustrating. More

The service people at first rejected my insurance only because they saw that my insurance card said ‘Texas Liability Insurance’. Just because the card says Liability doesn’t mean that is the only thing co because they saw that my insurance card said ‘Texas Liability Insurance’. Just because the card says Liability doesn’t mean that is the only thing covered. They should have called Progressive to verify that everything was in order. Progressive said this was the first time they had heard of a situation like this, especially since they work with clients with Texas insurance that are in Oklahoma all the time. Once that was out of the way, they did an adequate job of providing me the necessary service. More

Instead they wanted to warn me or make me feel that whatever the problem maybe is its not covered under warranty. That is pretty sad that a person spends 25000 on a car plus gets pressured to buy the warranty and then when it comes time to have something fixed, its a problem. I will go with Toyota in the future. I now will travel 2 hours out of the way to get the vehicle fixed as I made one call and the service rep was able to tell me that yes the climate control panel should light up at night like I thought it should. That is a safety issue to not be able to see the buttons at night but yet service department thought it was normal for their vehicles to not have this feature. Sad!! More
