Amanda has gone above and beyond in helping us with our vehicle. We recently purchased a brand new Honda Pilot unfortunately 2 weeks later w hit a deer and sought help to get our vehicle repaired. I called the dealership and the salesman that helped us obtain our new vehicle. His name is Michael Bryant. He led us to Amanda the service manger of Honda of On 6th Avenue in Stillwater, OK. She helped us with a rental and even extended the car rental by 2 weeks with no extra expense. We knew we were more than just Honda family, she treated us like real family. Amanda is a fine example of leadership to your Honda team and exemplary manager to 6th Avenue Honda. We recommend Amanda for employee of the month for sales and courtesy and just straight forward being a great human in these precedent times. Pre bought new tires and scheduled for install and oil change. Seemed to be going well and I received an email suggesting a multitude of more work they wanted approval on (I do think this is normal), upo change. Seemed to be going well and I received an email suggesting a multitude of more work they wanted approval on (I do think this is normal), upon my decline if that work I essentially became lost in the system as they never called to say my car was done. I was finally picked up and returned to my car after I made the call. My tire pressure light came on the next morning and I took my car back in and the guy pulls up and stated that he reset the light on the dash. I asked if he checked the tire pressure and he said eh they’re fine. Tire pressure light came on again and I called and spoke to the service manager and never in my life dealt with such a non service oriented person worker or much less a manager. Ride, unfriendly, and while I love to see a manager stand behind her employees in this case she went way to far as to say I’m sabatoging my own cat. Done so done! More
