Hello, I first want to thank you for your business and trusting our service and sales departments. Our goal is to exceed all expectations but it seems we fell short with your experience. After visiting with my team, I understand there was communication error on our part which caused time delays and we are sorry for our mistake. Upon your arrival, our Service Department did reach to our Service Director to gain clarity and process the transaction; however, once everything was ironed out, you had already left.
