I only see the good reviews and that was what I believed was true BUT came to find out it is a LIE! Was for me anyway.I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and had to save quiet a while to purchase was true BUT came to find out it is a LIE! Was for me anyway.I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and had to save quiet a while to purchase another vehicle. I went there September 3rd and spoke with Mark Blumenthal. He went out of his way to make me believe he was honest and true and had my best interest in mind. I test drove a Chevolet HHR but was only allowed to drive around there and had to return by 8 pm so didnt have very long and never got over 45 MPH since all the traffic and lights. The car was on empty so I had to pay for my own gas to test and was suppose to be reimbursed which never happened.Also told he was going to fill it up for me which never happened. Just the beginning of my nightmare! I paid cash for the vehicle but had to leave it to get inspected and was promised there was no mechanical issues, in writing, and the inspection would show any small issues it may have and promised all would be taken care of. Went the next day to pick up the wagon and headed home, to NC. Barely making it! The wagon bogged down at take off which almost caused an accident when I pulled out on the road. I called them and told Mark what was happening and was told he would call me back but never did! Called the following day and spoke to a Mike and was informed I was pretty much SOL since I didnt purchase the extended warrenty! Called again and got someone else which transferred me to the Fixed Ops Manager which told me to bring it back and drop it off and he would put it in the shop to try to find the problem. I went to the store but once I got there Jasen told me he couldnt do it because Mike said no warranty! So the next day I had to put it in another shop and was told the transmission solenoids were messed up. Cost me another $400.00 dollars to have it repaired or I would be right back to where I started,with no transportation! I am very hurt with the way this all happened and am NOT done with any of this!I have never been xxxxx like this! I DO NOT recommend ever buying anything from this scam dealership! They lie and take advantage of people making promises they dont tend to meet! Tell you what you want to hear! God sees and hears ALL is all I have to say! More
