Best car sales EVER!!! They are all welcoming and warm hearted and most of all down to earth people. They are straight up with no BS. Other reviews say they sell lemons and They are all welcoming and warm hearted and most of all down to earth people. They are straight up with no BS. Other reviews say they sell lemons and this that and other but they are used dealer, that’s a chance you take. Their processing fee is what keeps them going they did the foot work of purchasing the car, fixing things, cleaning it and talking it up to sell to you so yes they deserve their processing fee. Very transparent and truthful about numbers. JUST DOWN RIGHT AWESOME GROUP OF FELLAS!!! More

I like the car, sales service wasn't great I drove up to Norfolk for a 2006 manual transmission Xterra I wanted since the price was right but once I got there, it took me almost 4 hours to get I drove up to Norfolk for a 2006 manual transmission Xterra I wanted since the price was right but once I got there, it took me almost 4 hours to get out of there with it. I wasn't buying an expensive car so I wasn't a priority for the sales staff. The salesman I was working with answered phone calls and sold another higher dollar truck while I waited around. I did wait a little while on the bank which accounted for some of the wait time but less than half. He did though wipe down the truck's interior since it had not been detailed which I appreciated. I like the Xterra but it was not as advertised online. It came with a flat spare tire (nail still in it), a bad tire pressure sensor on another tire, busted rear door struts, and a busted back cup holder. Online ad said the car had a lot more things like radio controls on the steering wheel and power windows and doors that it definitely does not have. They mailed me the struts but didn't offer discounts for anything else. 2 days after buying the car, the check engine light came on for a cam sensor (fixed for $100) and the catalytic converter which is going to be more expensive. They had the truck for 3 months and couldnt even bother to detail it or fix the flat spare tire and put it away among the other small things it needed. I drove 3.5 hours so I couldnt leave it for them to fix that stuff and me to come back and get it. I still like the truck and I am glad I bought it, it just came with a little more work than expected or advertised More
