Great Experience Went to 518 Auto looking for a good used car. Good reviews lead us there. We found a nice 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that my wife fell in love with. They worked with us to secure a loan for the car and bent over backwards to get us into it. Right after we signed the papers and was getting ready to leave I noticed it was leaking transmission fluid under the front of the vehicle. We investigated and the transmission cooler was leaking very bad. Our salesman Leonard made a phone call and kept the car and gave us the keys to another car on the lot while they had our car. They replaced the cooler and after 3 days we brought their car back and they gave us our car back all fixed no questions. That is something you rarely see from a used car dealership. I will come back in the future and highly recommend More

Never buy here I purchased a Dodge Challenger Hellcat from here and no body told me it was modified. And I didn’t even make it home without the check engine light co I purchased a Dodge Challenger Hellcat from here and no body told me it was modified. And I didn’t even make it home without the check engine light coming on. Car has a leak in the intercooler and they refused to fix it. They don’t care about you, they just want to make money. not only that, I live in Pennsylvania and they charged me for Virginia plates and now I have to pay $150.00 to get pa plates. The owner of this dealership is selfish and inconsiderate as well as the people that work there. They have ruined my buying experience for this car. I’ve wanted a Mopar muscle car my entire life and I never thought my buying experience would be like this. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!!! I give this dealership a 0 rating cause I got 0 help on my car. More
