I cannot say enough about his professionalism and great customer service! The manager Jimmy was excellent was well. They both did a great job!!! They worked with us in terms of financing and everything was processed very smoothly and quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. 518 is so so much better than mega auto dealerships (such as Car Max) in terms of friendliness and personal touch, as well as customer service.
