Poor cast buying experience Bought a 08 GMC Acadia nice car had 3 different tires on it so I put 4 brand new tires on it and the alignment was so bad it wore the front 2 out in l Bought a 08 GMC Acadia nice car had 3 different tires on it so I put 4 brand new tires on it and the alignment was so bad it wore the front 2 out in less then a month took it to a shop along with the alignment being bad struts/shock and ball joint had to be replaced I was told the that I would get some assistance with the repairs but was only given the run around I have bought plenty of used cars but this is by far the worst place I have ever been to I wouldn’t recommend 518 auto sale and in Norfolk Va to anyone very bad car buying experience and when I went there to try handle the situation I witnessed another customer talking to a sales person getting the same run around that I was getting long story short don’t buy anything from 518 auto sales I can’t even rate them with the star rating because they don’t have any stars with minus marks because they definitely would get a lot of them More
