Issues noticed after getting home and Mike made it right for Drove up from NC to purchase an Infiniti QX56 and despite some hiccups, Mike (owner) made everything right. When we arrived at the dealership and drove the vehicle we noticed a few minor issues that Brian and Mark handled before we purchased vehicle. Once we got home we noticed a blue smoke issue that could have very well been a major issue within the motor of the vehicle. Made contact with Mike who advised us to take the vehicle to a mechanic that WE TRUSTED and have it looked at and let him know the outcome. Upon doing so, our mechanic was able to fix the smoking issue by replacing the valve covers (design flaw on Nissans part) and we let Mike know. We sent him the bill as he requested and he had his office manager cut a check and overnight it to us. Outstanding customer service on his part and we will go see Mike, Brian and Mark if and when we need another vehicle. Thanks for standing by your cars. More
