I made the second mistake of financing a car with this screwed up dealership! That car is also a piece of xxxx! I didn’t even have the car for a year! The transmission failed! I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worse enemy! You cause unnecessary stress in my life!! I’m glad to see that the person, Rocco, that sold me both messed up cars doesn’t work there anymore. You guys deserve to be shutdown! I wish I could give this company 0 stars! And no don’t contact me trying to negotiate! I don’t want any of your service! The truck that took a week to buy Taylor the car salesmen was great. I found the truck I wanted online, I drove up to the dealership showed him the picture of the truck. Taylor said “awesome it’s at the shop getting the state inspection done” he grabbed some keys and we drove to the inspection site. The truck failed inspection and needed some minor work done so no test drive that day but we looked at it and started it up. The weekend goes by Monday morning the truck still isn’t ready, I go out of town. Wednesday afternoon I get a text from Taylor the truck is ready, but two other guys are coming in to see the truck that night, so If I want it I have to come now. I dropped everything I was doing and drove in, got there another salesman had to keys had to wait on him to show up. As I’m waiting almost salesman in the dealership comes up to me and tells me it’s a hot item and they got people on the way to buy it. My salesman Taylor still isn’t pushy but everyone one else in the place is. I already knew I wanted the truck so that wasn’t needed, took a nice long test ride, got a fair price, and drove it home after 2.5 hours of paperwork. I’m only leaving 4stars only the reviews because I had to wait a long time for almost every step of this process and there was room for improvement. More
