I was promised that the car has no mechanical issues, and runs in good condition, little did I know I was going to get a car needing engine swap which cost me more than three grand, the car is less than five grand so good job F**king people's life up Brain & Ryan. Tried to sort this out with Brain & Ryan, thinking there was some kind of misunderstanding, no one called me back, and in the end, all I got from Ryan is "but you signed the As-Is paper correct?". NOT EVEN an apology! Called local legal support to get help and the result is that they are not lying about one thing: There is nothing you can do once you signed As-Is paper, also I was told by the layer that 518 AutoSales is well known in the local legal industry for being a "shady place" Honestly, if the repair bill is not more than $3k, or even if it drove for a few miles, I wouldn't be posting here, not even 1 mile! Yall people are deceitful AF More
Fritz, Travis and I apologize I can’t remember the financing gentleman’s name, were just a godsend! I had made up my mind awhile back on what I wanted to purchase, been turned down multiple times coming to them made me realize my options and they furthered my options by putting me in something comparable with the option to ride TODAY (I felt like they were more frustrated than I was about me not riding lol) with the guarantee of finding me EXACTLY what I want after establishing my credit rating a little more! 5 stars is not a good enough rating for these guys More
If I could give negative stars, I would. They sold me a lemon title vehicle and when addressed, they dragged me through the mud. This car burns oil at an astounding rate and my catalytic converter is faili lemon title vehicle and when addressed, they dragged me through the mud. This car burns oil at an astounding rate and my catalytic converter is failing, the "warranty" will not cover the mechanical issues you WILL suffer, and their in house diagnosises, which they charge you for, no matter how early you call the issue, will be a cheap remedy to an issue. I called without 14 days of the issue and Mr. Blumenthal was antagonistic. Mr. Blumenthal also happens to be the general manager. Don't bother appealing to Mike Dalton, as he will also find a way to avoid doing right by you. I bought it in June and I've suffered into February. I'll be boycotting the business. I'm not the only one either. Save your money. Go somewhere else. They will not aid you but will waste your time and drag it out as they did me. For anyone who has also suffered this issue, reach out. There is something morally destitute in "catering" to those with limited financial means and sell vehicles knowing that they have big issues. More

No dispute that they were nice...because they knew I was taking a time-bomb off their hands as it turns out... UPDATE !!!! Frame on this Vehicle RIPPED on Both Sides -just prior to the axle rise - in January going around a corner at 5mph. If I had been driving at speed - this could have been a major calamity with potential injury and harm to other motorists. I've been told by folks much more knowledgeable than I - that these folks at 518 should have known the severity of the frame issue if they truly 'inspected' this vehicle. More

As "proof" and for building customer trust they had as one of the pictures for truck a pic of the odometer showing 47,841 miles. Since I live 2 hours away, I made an offer and it seemed like it was accepted. The sales associate "forgot" me a few times since he was "so busy" chasing other deals. I then requested of him a CARFAX report which never came and he gave me some story about the owners having bought the truck for himself and then decided to sell the truck and that was why the CARFAX report had been "misplaced"... I spent $40 and bought my own. That's when I saw the truck has a NAM (Not Actual Mileage) title on it from DMV. Since I have no idea whether the truck then has 40k or 440k miles, I brought my offer down and they barely moved on their end. So, I decided not to buy it but had to spend $40 to just find the truth!!!? More
