No Return Customers Please About 2 years ago I purchased a 2014 Honda Civic with a rebuilt title. The dealership was great to work with and I got a great deal. Last week I r About 2 years ago I purchased a 2014 Honda Civic with a rebuilt title. The dealership was great to work with and I got a great deal. Last week I returned to the dealership, because I had such a great experience the first time. I wanted to trade my 2014 Honda Civic ( that I previously purchased there ) for a larger vehicle. I walked around a while, and found a vehicle I was interested in . My son and I gave the salesman my car keys to look at my vehicle. They come back offering me $5K. Which was crazy ridicioulous since it doesn’t even have 40 thousand miles on it. Too make a very long story short , they wanted an additional $5K for the vehicle I liked that was a great car but had 101 thousand miles on it. I offered them $1500 but of course got turned down quickly . My son and I left the dealership less then thrilled with the treatment we received as a returning customer. The next day I decided to call them back to offer them $2500 in addition to my vehicle , the salesman said he would have to talk to his boss and would call me back within 20 minutes. WELL ITS TWO DAYS LATER. AND NO RETURN CALL NEED I SAY MORE More

I would not recommend doing business with this dealership but if you absolutely have to, just make sure you put in the time to make sure you're actually purchasing a vehicle in the condition that they say it is. They let me take the car to the local Nissan dealer to get it checked. The car was very nicely detailed and in very clean condition. They seem to be selling used cars which are generally in better than average condition always. To me, they came across as an ethical and honest business. I drove a couple of hours to buy the car from them and it was totally worth it. I would definitely recommend buying from them if they happen to have a car you like. More

Then last week our second vehicle broke down I need a vehicle ASAP so I went down and they had a vehicle for within my budget and helped me get all the paperwork sorted so with in three days of going to see them I had a second vehicle at a cost which I could afford. I cannot recommend him highly enough there exception polite and helpful. If there was an option for 10 stars I would give it to them. More

After months of driving by 5 Star Indy Auto in Noblesville, Indiana, I decided to look at their inventory. Immediately I was greeted by one of the owners, Hakan Cekirge. There was a strange air of honesty with him. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and was very eager to assist me. After explaining my needs and my price range he showed me two vehicles, both of which I felt would be a great vehicle for my son. After researching the vehicles and reading all of the excellent reviews 5 Star Indy Auto had I purchased a Volvo S 60. Upon my return of delivering the car to my son in another state, Hakan Cekirge called me to see how my son like his car. Unbelievable! Now three months later I have no regrets and my son still loves his car. 5 Star Indy Auto is a true representation of what a quality dealership should be.
