I have been doing all my preventative maintenance for years at 495 mazda. Then all of the sudden I need a new engine for $10k. I was doing the maintenance there to prevent this. They missed something or years at 495 mazda. Then all of the sudden I need a new engine for $10k. I was doing the maintenance there to prevent this. They missed something or didn't do something and now I am paying for it. The whole reason to do preventative maintenance is so the big issues don't happen. Very upset at 495. They shrugged and gave me a bill for 10 grand. More
