This was the second Mazda dealer I tried and was head and shoulders above the first place, definitely worth the further distance. My car had a couple little issues when I brought it in. Right off you notice the squeaky clean service garage. Tiffany Smith the intake guru was super friendly and answered all my questions. The service team worked really hard to diagnose an intermittent warning light problem and although it took a few tries, they figured it out. This dealership went above and beyond to figure out my problem and to find a solution, and they cherry on top, they wash your vehicle before returning it to you...a small thing that really makes a huge difference. More

I gotta say this is one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with a car dealership. I do not have a Mazda (yet!) but I broke down nearby and Roger was outstanding. I expect good service departments to be busy and yet taking the time to let me know when and what they were doing for me was special. I would recommend to anyone, even if you do not have a Mazda, to utilize a facility such as this and ask for Roger. Maybe you will even contemplate buying a Mazda if your car has extensive issues. While I was there I spoke with Elliott and John Bonner and both were not typical sales people. They were interested why I was there but did not force themselves on me as you get at most places. Service Dept gets an A+! More
Just had my car serviced with Lannan Mazda. Roger at the service area is the best! Courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. He even helped buff out a few scratches from the door of my car. I have been at many garages in the past where you get the feeling you are being taken to the cleaners. But not at Lannan Mazda - for the first time, I actually felt that they put the customer first! Lannan Mazda is fantastic! They are very accommodating and helpful. I love how they do not force unnecessary repairs on you like other mechanics might. Elliot with whom I bought my car from still greets me by name anytime I'm there. He will definitely be the person I will be buying my next car from. From the time Roger shook my hand until I picked up my car, the level of service and commitment to that server was outstanding. I was made to feel welcomed, and I knew fixing my car was a priority. I went for an 5000mile oil change. During the service Roger informed me of future maintanance for the brakes and tires. He provided the data and told me of the potential life of the brakes and tires. Lannan was by far the best Mazda dealership that I dealt with. I spoke with someone with Bonneville Mazda and they were very rude, so when I called Lannan I was on the offensive. Roger the service manager assured me that I would be taken care of and that his technicians would diagnose and correct any issues. He said that the car would be done by Friday and it was ready on Thursday morning, a pleasant surprise. He also kept in phone contact every step of the way so that we knew exactly the items that were being replaced and if they were covered under the warranty or not. We will certainly be bringing our cars in for routine maintainence from now on. We are even considering buying another Mazda since we were so pleased with this dealership. More
