When you find a trustworthy service manager you stick with them - Roger is really honest and an all around good guy. He really goes out of his way to ensure his customers are taken care of, and to build with them - Roger is really honest and an all around good guy. He really goes out of his way to ensure his customers are taken care of, and to build a rapport with them so they become a customer for life. Those qualities can be tough to find when going to a dealership for service - so often you're met with the typical "say-anything" service manager that will do anything to make sure your pockets are empty by the time you leave; that's simply not the case with Roger. I make these statements not only based on my own experiences, but from witnessing his interactions with other customers. Yesterday I went in for my 30k service and to get my winter tires swapped out for summer. Coolant flush is part of the 30k service; however, it wasn't necessary for my car yet so Roger gave me an alignment(much needed after the abundance of MA pot-holes this winter) in place of the coolant flush to ensure I was getting my moneys worth for this service, along with a couple other smaller details. Roger values his customers and because of that I feel comfortable referring my friends to him, and I will continue to bring my business to Lannan Mazda. More
