This was my first time getting my car serviced at a dealership - I bought it used (private party) earlier this year and brought it in for a recall. I sent in the request for service through their website and they called me the next business day to schedule an appointment. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and they didn't try to sell me a thing. I was surprised that my routine service would take "about an hour", but they completed it as quoted. My only complaint was that, upon arrival, there were two employees walking through the service area withou an hour", but they completed it as quoted. I was invited to sit in their newly renovated lounge while I waited for my car, but opted not to because of the risk of exposure by those who chose not to follow protocol. More
