This time my car needed an oil change and the Service Technician and my Service Advisor, Paul recommended that I get a “V” belt replaced. In and out under 2 hours. They text you a link so you can watch a video about your car’s inspection report. Transparency is a key factor! Super clean waiting room and showroom. Everybody greets you with a smile, especially the 4 legged greeter who also wants a pat on the head…🙂 And to top it off Mazda 495 washed my car, too! Paul also threw in a silicone slipcover for my car’s key fob. Bright pink, so now it is easy to find my keys in my purse, many other colors to choose from… Again, please check out MAZDA 495 Lowell!
