I was taken a few minutes before my appointed time, all work was done a bit below the original estimate, I was kept informed of progress, w was easy. I brought my vehicle in for service and what I was told was completely wrong from what I was told by another shop. Not going back every again to this location. They were just looking to make a quick buck a was completely wrong from what I was told by another shop. Not going back every again to this location. I was given a rough qoute and then once I was given a firm number it was WAYYY more then I was told it would be. Was going to get 2 new vehicles in 3 months when I returned from a wedding but I will give my money to the Nashua Mazda dealership. Thanks for nothing Lowell! More

Amazing personal attention and service. Cesar went out of his way to make sure I was not inconvenienced by a damaged tire that needed to be ordered and replaced.
