I went in for a routine oil change and a software recall for my car, I was told my estimated wait time was 1hr 20 minutes but it took less than that! I was told work would take about 1 hour and it took almost 2 hours it was changing some bulbs Plus I was going to have state inspection done. When they did preinspection they told me there was an issu almost 2 hours it was changing some bulbs Plus I was going to have state inspection done. When they did preinspection they told me there was an issue with a tire. Yet that issue had been there for two years and recently they had rotated the tires and told me that it was not really a safety issue. NOw they wanted me to spend over $200 on a new tire. I brought care to another inspection station and it was not an issue. I felt a little like a bait and switch happened. I am seriously considering not getting my work done there again as I am not sure I can trust what they have to say. More
