A long time customer of this dealership, I was very disappointed in the most recent servicing of my vehicle. I made the 9:30 am appointment on line for a routine oil change and tire rotation, a reque disappointed in the most recent servicing of my vehicle. I made the 9:30 am appointment on line for a routine oil change and tire rotation, a request to diagnosis the reason for continued pulling upon acceleration, a battery assessment and to determine why the check engine (MIL) light had appeared. The vehicle was dropped on before the appointment time, but I chose not to wait at the dealership. When I had not heard anything, I texted the service coordinator at 2 PM, and received a short reply with the gist being the vehicle was in process. At 4 PM, I received another text asking if I wanted an additional service, with no indication that the vehicle had had most of the servicing complete. It took a follow phone call to clarify that the requested work had been completed, and was not just being looked at that time. Bottom line, everything was done as requested, and I continue to trust 495's work. However, being completely in the dark for 7 hours, without any communication was very annoying. In addition, a warranty repair was done as part of this servicing, again, without any communication. A quick estimate of the time needed for diagnosis and repair sometime in the late morning would have been helpful, since although I was not waiting for the vehicle, did not presume that the service would be taking all day. My previous appointment, earlier in the year at 495 was equally disappointing, with the service coordinator leaving for the day also without any communication at all. More
