Chris even did some research for me when something went wrong with the vehicle several months after we purchased it (when it was out of warranty) and recommended a shop that was able to source a part for a price far less than the Toyota dealer or Midas. Would look to purchase autos in the future from 411 Carline. More
4 days with the car $1,100 repair. I purschaed a 2006 Subaru wrx Sti, Chris at the time i was inspecting the car was helpful and now that i look back, he tells you everything you want t I purschaed a 2006 Subaru wrx Sti, Chris at the time i was inspecting the car was helpful and now that i look back, he tells you everything you want to hear. He gave me a list of things that had been serviced on the car inculding the most important which was a new performance clutch. They had a shop install it and he quoted he drive it for 500 miles with it installed. I purchased the car and within less than me putting 200 miles on the car. On the fourth day of owning this car, it would make a terrible grinding sound. I brought it to a very reputable shop and the took the starter out and sure to find out that the flywheel teeth are all chewed up and now needs to be replaced. The shop quoted me to fix it and it would be roughly $1,100. I called Chris and asked if we could working something out. Because there should be no reason i should have this issue on the 4th day. Chris responds to me “it’s a used car” “that kind of stuff happens” and i explained that the shop he had install the clutch did not put everything back correctly or the bolts were not torqued to factory spec. I received nothing but a attitude, and basically telling me suck it up it’s your problem. DO NOT come to 411Carline they are dishonest, and just try to hide mechanical problems from you. Since I’ve bought the car i have found out 4 issues the car has after i had test drive and purchased. I don’t want anyone else to be scammed and taken advantage of. If i could give a 0 rating i would give them a negative number. I’m very disappointed in 411Carkine and hope they clean their act up. More

I let them know what I was looking for and my price range and they found exactly the vehicle I wanted. The color of the car was not the ordinary color and they still found it. I also got all the extras I needed and the cost was less then I expected to pay!!! I have had my vehicle for a couple months now and have had absolutely no problems! The owners tell you what you want to hear and boast a CarFax report although the local garage that 411 Carline has servi 411 CARLINE IS WORTH 0 STARS! The owners tell you what you want to hear and boast a CarFax report although the local garage that 411 Carline has service their vehicles can't seem to find mechanical issues that would always make the consumer RUN the other way "if" reported on the CarFax report. (Example: brake work was done on the car, but the park brake mechanism was frozen on the calipers, NOTHING ON CARFAX & "I" had to fix right away) Hmmm. 411 Carline advertised a 1 year warranty online for the vehicle I bought which is a huge reason I drove 90 miles, so I didn't hesitate with the purchase. I took it for a ride in the residential areas and it seemed fine. After the purchase, I found the keyless entry didn't work, the car ran out of oil on the way home, parking brake didn't work, the car shook all the way home, tires were so low, the (leak constantly) air pressure didn't even show up on a gage for one tire. I noticed the keyless entry didn't work 5 minutes after the purchase and the owner said, "re-teach it with a new battery, my brother said there is nothing wrong with the vehicle" (SURPRISE, didn't work). After the mechanical issues kept building with the "CHECK ENGINE" light and other issues, I emailed the same owner and he emailed back that the business isn't doing well so he can't help me. I emailed this owner many times, & I have proof of many claims from him indicating one thing, but in other emails he indicates the opposite. The emails from this owner, would be very interesting to ANY consumer OR previous buyer, of 411 Carline. Anyway, the car burns 1 quart of oil every 200 miles and the owner said his brother drove the car for 600 miles prior to the sale. If that's true, the "low engine" light would have alerted them as it did me although they claim it burned NO oil. So, the car burns 1 quart of oil every 200 miles for me but nothing for 411 Carline? Hmmmm, interesting. There are THOUSANDS (possibly $6000 and I paid $8000 for the car) OF DOLLARS in REPAIRS, the "check engine" light comes on a few days after I buy it and the local garage can't find ANY of these issues. WHERE'S THE CARFAX?!! Hmmm, well he did tell me his Dad worked for Carfax, maybe that's the problem. I later tried to use the 1 year warranty only to find out this warranty will cover NOTHING. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY! GO TO A PRIVATE OWNER, PAY LESS, AND TAKE THE SAME CHANCE! I PAID ABOVE RETAIL FOR THIS CAR FROM A "DEALER" & I'VE HAD BETTER LUCK WITH PRIVATE OWNERS for years. More

There was great communication, no-hassle negotiations and a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I'd recommend anyone looking to buy a used car give them a call or stop by and have a look. I'll be dealing with 411 Carline again in the future, I have no doubt. More
As is Customer Service I purchased a Gl450 Mercedes-Benz from 411 Carline, I worked with Chris and his dad Mike this famiky is the true definition of a courteous family busi I purchased a Gl450 Mercedes-Benz from 411 Carline, I worked with Chris and his dad Mike this famiky is the true definition of a courteous family business, after purchasing my vehicle the serpentine belt had went out I was worried that the vehicle was "AS IS" so it was my problem I called over to 401 Carline where Chris took my call I explain what was going on with the vehicke, Chris diagnose the issue over the phone and drove from Minnetonka to St Paul to service my vehicle I am back on the road he did not charge me a penny just wish me a Merry Christmas, I really love their customer service and I'm proud to say I bought my vehicle at 411 Carline and would recommend to my family and friends thank you Chris. Although he did try to convince it was almost a good thing to be upside down on a loan. Their "dealership" is located in a grungy, little warehouse that houses maybe 15 cars. Definitely did not like the atmosphere, at that point would rather buy a car private party. Additionally there trade in value was less than pathetic. This makes sense; a dealership as small as them really needs to make money where they can. The owner even showed me "my car" at auction to show me what they were going for. But the car he showed me was a year older had 25,000 more miles and was complete base. Obviously trying to scam his way into getting a good deal on my car. Avoid these people at all costs, especially if you have a trade in. More
Extremely Disappointed ! They said all vehicles are inspected by a mechanic. A few weeks after owning the vehicle it started making horrible noises. Brought it in to get checked out and there was 6k in various repairs needed. After questioning Mike and Aaron they admitted that the vehicle was never inspected and even acknowledged that they knew the brakes were bad! The "warranty" that comes with the purchase is complete garbage and won't cover anything! More
