Satisfied customer I purchased a vehicle from here about a week ago. Due to unforeseen circumstances the vehicle had to be returned. I was not very happy and to top it a I purchased a vehicle from here about a week ago. Due to unforeseen circumstances the vehicle had to be returned. I was not very happy and to top it all off the salesman I got the car from was no longer there. That is when Tucker stepped in. Tucker is an awesome salesman and a great person. He apologized for my previous situation and helped me with the process of getting another vehicle. I ended up with a better vehicle than I did in the beginning! I appreciate him so much! I cannot leave out the excellent finance manager Darius King! He is wonderful to deal with and is so knowledgeable. He definitely knows his job. Not only did I walk out with a newer vehicle with fewer miles, I ended up with a lower payment too!! I also don't want to forget to mention the service manager Dennis. He was kind and instrumental with my situation too. So to sum it all up I would definitely recommend coming here for your car shopping needs. Make sure to ask for Tucker!!! More

Awesome place to get a car I came to 360 Smart Car cause they had the 2016 Chevy SS I was looking for. When I got there I was greeted very quickly by Leith, with whom I had alre I came to 360 Smart Car cause they had the 2016 Chevy SS I was looking for. When I got there I was greeted very quickly by Leith, with whom I had already spoken to over the phone. To my surprise the car was sitting inside their shop parked among some other awesome looking cars with what looked like a fresh detail job. Leith and I spoke a bit, got the necessary information and headed out for a test drive. Of course I loved the car and headed in after the drive to fill out the paperwork and make it mine. Good experience I was in and out with my new van in 3 hours. Will was very nice although when I got there he was with another customer I was taken care of by Leith. H I was in and out with my new van in 3 hours. Will was very nice although when I got there he was with another customer I was taken care of by Leith. He was nice but I was given the dealer tag instead of my own temp tag. I went back talked to Will and was taken care of promotely. Will apologized and got my tags.
