Went in without calling and sure enough, the vehicle was there. I worked with Julio and his brother Sergio, they could not have been nicer. Real salt of the earth guys. My son went back to look at the car twice before we pulled the trigger. Once we decided to move forward there were none of the typical hidden fees etc. They did offer warranties (which we chose to purchase) at a more than fair price. Overall a great experience, we're very happy with the vehicle, and we will purchase from them again. More

Excellent Customer Service I just purchased a 2011 BMW X5 here. I live about an hour and a half away so was weary of making the trip. I called and worked with Julio from start t I just purchased a 2011 BMW X5 here. I live about an hour and a half away so was weary of making the trip. I called and worked with Julio from start to finish. He was truly an amazing person to work with, none of the typical car sales tactic I had expected. Arrived an hour early, car was out and ready for my wife and I to drive. Noticed a couple small blemishes, Julio assured me they would be taken care of. Came this past Monday for the car, picked it up Wednesday, as promised. He even helped me with insurance as I was complaining about how much I was paying so he put me in touch with someone who was able to help. Just overall an awesome experience. Heck, he even offered us ice cream while we were waiting for the plate to print! Highly recommend going to see Julio and the rest of the team. More

Stay away!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy from them!!!!! Went to this dealer cause they had so many nice looking cars on the lot. Saw a 05 E55 AMG inthe lot that looked really sharp. Went to take it for a te Went to this dealer cause they had so many nice looking cars on the lot. Saw a 05 E55 AMG inthe lot that looked really sharp. Went to take it for a test drive the battery was dead. Was given a really good story by the salesmen of how the battery went dead. So took it for a ride liked it but my gut feeling was walk away. Which I did. After a few phone calls of how the problem was corrected and how great it was I fell for it. After taking the car home late on a Saturday was going down the parkway and it was pulling to the left, get it on a lift has a bent at least twice over rim. Had to get a new one, get it back a week later there's a smell of gas! That's when the fun started. So told them about the problem. Got a oh well you took at as is. I've had this car for only 3 weeks and it's been in the shop for over 2! An it's cost close to 3000 to repair! This is the worst car dealer I've ever gotten a car from! Hope no one else gets screwed over by their very smooth talking salesmen. An they go out of business!! More
