It was very easy to pay for my repairs online ahead of pickup, and when I arrived I received my repaired vehicle quickly. It was truly a no hassle and easy experience. They diagnose the car on the 29 of Dec, first they couldn't find my extended warranty, then lost the paper with my extended warranty, so I had to supply another copy. Called to check on status on the 9th of January, was told the inspector did not show, yesterday you tell me you can't reach extended warranty company & ask me to call to get a hold of them. Talk to warranty company & they tell me the inspector was there on Monday & sent the inspector again January 11th. Even the extended warranty company said this is taking far too long. I've been paying on it since to 2nd of January. I'm in the automotive industry myself, I have worked as a technician, a service advisor & parts consultant. You refuse to give a loaner or cover a rental. I'm going on over 2 weeks out of pocket rental. 2 WEEKS, livid isn't the beginning of my feelings about the situation. Diagnose 2 days in, take a week get ahold of extended warranty & another week to tell me whether or not you can get the parts. THEN tell me it will take about 5 days to get the part, 2 days to do the work & tell me the tech will be working on other cars once the parts get there. With the information I have been told & as has been described by the writer, this is a 15-20 min job with maybe an hour of recalibrate. More
