I've been going to 1st Nissan since I started driving and I've always had a good experience with Nissan. My recent service for my 2019 Altima SR at 60K miles was to change out the transmission fluid and to t I've always had a good experience with Nissan. My recent service for my 2019 Altima SR at 60K miles was to change out the transmission fluid and to take a look at my rear shocks. Another mechanic at a separate shop that replaced my tires said they may need a look, and when I brought it into the dealer, I explained what I was told and they said they would be sure to take a look. When I got the call later that day, they explained to me that there was nothing wrong with the shocks and they were performing at manufacturer's spec. I also noticed my transmission has been a lot smoother after the fluid was replaced, so it was another great visit. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative, and Greg really took the time to go over the details with me. More

Service was quick and reliable as I have driven the vehicle for over a week and noticed the car performed much better. Rafael informed me that there was some additional maintenance needed that I hadn't vehicle for over a week and noticed the car performed much better. Rafael informed me that there was some additional maintenance needed that I hadn't expected, but the cost was still within reason of the work and Rafael explained why the service was needed for the vehicle.
