I have been buying cars from Johnny Kia for the last 10 years and words really cannot describe the customer service I receive from him every time I visit the dealership. Went by First Kia on a Wednesday and looked at new Optimas. I told Marlon I would be back Saturday morning to test drive. When I arrived Saturday morning, Marlon was there and there were two brand new Optimas. I told Marlon I would be back Saturday morning to test drive. When I arrived Saturday morning, Marlon was there and there were two brand new Optimas waiting for us. After test driving them both, I decided on which model would suit me better, the EX with Navigation and SiriusXM. Within an hour I was in finance and leaving the dealership. The entire transaction took less than an hour and forty five minutes. It was sensational. So much so that my wife went back the following day and bought a brand new KIA Forte' EX. Marlon is exceptional employee and great sales person. I recommended the dealership to some friends and they too bought two vehicles from Marlon at First KIA. I went online to inquire about leasing 2 new Kias. Marlon got back to me quickly and was helpful in getting preliminary numbers down before I even went in to the dealership. Once there, Marlon was extremely busy, but made sure Brandon was able to help in getting paperwork started. We had a pretty complicated deal (2 cars, trade in, etc.), but the guys made sure to hustle and work to get it done. My only issue, which has nothing to do with the sales staff, would be to suggest trying to put some $$ into the showroom and sales area. Kia is getting to be one of the more popular cars in the country, and with an updated brand, should also reflect a newer, updated showroom/sales area. Everything in there looked like it was from 1989 (desks, computers, etc..). More
