And I plan to do so regularly until I reach my goal of 500,000 miles. The service desk staff is the best, especially Brad who not only recognizes me by sight (though I come in only four times a year) but is genuinely interested in making sure my car will reach my goal. Note that after these 13 years, I have never had to spend more than a thousand dollars on a visit. I love my car, and the care they put into it. More
