We were shown a 2014 Pilot, he went over all the features and answered all of our questions and concerns. We actually had a Pilot on our wish list and this one fit the bill. Michael treated us like family throughout the buying process. He worked with us on pricing of the Pilot and our van trade in. We went over the Car Facts sheet and he explained what a certified vehicle meant. We were taken on a tour of the dealership and introduced to staff members. The service agent drops you longer for additional charges The service process is crazy. A guy I don't know if he is a sales comes forward and asks me to pay more for additional services that were not needed. The service process is crazy. I know the things he talked about because I went to thousands oaks dealer on last service. In addtion the first honda charges You more, you will also have to wait many hours. They don't offer car wash like other dealers, they don't rotation tires that they promised to do. For better and reliable service, tryout other dealers surrounded by. More

They added dealer options that added to the cost, but not as many as other car dealers we visited.
