As we all know buying a car is a very long process & where exciting it is one of the most boring wait game in the world. At 1st Honda they made it less painful. I am a instant gratification gal & decided Saturday morning that I "may" want a new car (the husband knew by the word "may" it was going to be a looong day). We started at another dealer to look at 2 used cars, which I was less than pleased to find that 2 of their managers where using them as their personal cars & it happened to be their day of - NOT a good start. I went to another dealership to find that they didn't even have the model I wanted to test drive on site at all. Then we went to 1st Honda, I was approached by Brian, a cool guy full of knowledge that I was determined to not let sell me a "new" car.... his "Helpful Honda" ways sucked me in! He said the right thing... go test drive the "other" cars, then we can talk. By the time we came back he was heading out, but gave us Johann. We FINALLY test drove an Accord, said "let's do it", Johann took us through the storage looking for the color I wanted. Out of the corner of my eye I saw an Accord that looked a bit different, it had a spoiler & said "sport", I asked the difference & Johann went over them in detail - I liked what I was hearing!!! The best part it was only $2k more than the Accord & I loved the color!!! SOLD!!!!!! Stu was great putting up with the "ants in the pants" syndrome I suffer from & in the end he made it happen. Now, NOTHING is perfect.... ONLY (and I mean ONLY) complaint is I think the appraiser for the 1st of Simi Valley dealerships low xxxxx trade-in's, but whatever Stu made it happen for the price I wanted so all is forgiven! Had a great experience with Vince & Bobby. We came in fairly late in the evening, they honored the internet quote we had previously received and worked through the remaining details fairly quickly. Several days later, we went back down to go over the car options and financial matters with Johann. My first impression of Johann was that this man is very respectful and professional, unlike your "typical" salesman who barely let's you get out of your car before hitting you with their sales pitch. Johann showed us the various options on the model my wife was interested in, taking time to show and explain all the features. We went on the test drive, where Johann continued to explain the features in detail. My wife & I felt completely comfortable and had any questions answered. When we met with Stu Miller to go over the financial matters, we once again were pleased to be met professionally and with kindness and respect. This is the second car we have got from First Honda and we would highly recommend anyone to visit them if you are considering Honda. More

We wanted to say thank you for our recent visit to Honda of Simi Valley last Sunday where we were greeted and served by Bobby Tarafdar. I will say that this was the best experience that I have had with regard to car dealerships. I did not feel any pressure but was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Our daughter enjoyed the play room while we processed our paperwork. Bobby Tarafdar was able to communicate with my husband in his native language and come to find out that they are from the same town growing up, in fact it turns out that Mr. Tarafdar's mother was my husbands school teacher. I would highly recommend this dealership and the services of Bobby Tarafdar to others and feel very comfortable to return should we need any services in the future- which I usually tend to shy aware from, due to lack of comfort. It has been almost 10 years since my last new car purchase (which was also a Honda vehicle) but I went through the Costco program at the time just to avoid the dealership. I would say that our visit Sunday was enjoyable which I never thought I would say about a visit to a car dealership. Thank you very much for the excellent service and for having quality staff that provide customers with such wonderful treatment.
