Rude and untrustworthy. On top of being rude when we come in for service, or sales. They also scammed my wife by overcharging her for a maintenance package. They gave her a brochure stating it was going to cover tire rotations, and fluid changes. But, once we come in for service, they tell us it only covers oil changes. We paid $1,076 for the package, which if it only covers oil changes, means we’re paying around $145 per oil change by purchasing the contact. THEY ONLY CHARGE $89.95 FOR AN OIL CHANGE! So by buying a maintenance plan from them you get to over pay for your service. There are so many Honda dealerships in east drive from this location, GO TO ANY OTHER HONDA DEALERSHIP! More
