Over Christmas my family and I rented a 15 passenger van from Pam Rent a Car in Queens, NY. We were going to a family reunion of sorts in South Virginia, while there the van had a mechanical problem. What they did next amazed me and my family, they arranged for hotel rooms for all of us, paid us all for the day of work we ended up missing, and had one of there employees get into another 15 passenger van and start driving to pick us up. He drove us to each of our houses and dropped us off. They refunded the charge of the rental, had a check for us the next day for our lost day of pay, and gave us a large discount for our next rental.
