I have not have good experience, it took them 3 moth to repair my 2020 PHV Outlander.they told me that they did not have the proper tool to replace the battery cantact switch. Then my Radio need it to be r repair my 2020 PHV Outlander.they told me that they did not have the proper tool to replace the battery cantact switch. No longer living in NY was just here for a visit so not being able to get that loner would have been an issue with doctor visits and other things that I had to attend to.That’s pretty much the only concern I had. Other than that all was good.😁 More
