They have been servicing my car for over 4 years at this dealership !. The job after the car is bought is to maintain mechanical dependency & performance of the vehicle. Their reputation was bad 10 years ago when I bought my car 28 miles away from this one that is 1-2 miles from my home ! I had extended warranty for parts & "work" that was Ended in Feb '24, only to be BLASTED with a "Fix It" Charge 6months +/- later of $16-1700 after taxes & additional charges. This should've been done much much earlier than NOW ! I don't need to paying their rates & poor maintenance routines to be in the FOUL position I was put in. Both my interior light does not work Brought to their attention several times within the past 18+ months. only to find out NOW that it is the ? Unit ? System? not the bulb !?!? POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS !! That is a Mfg Defect ! As well my bracket for the light for the license plates rusted out so I had to pay for a factory bracket ???? That is a mfg defect ALSO SHOULD NOT BE MY COST !!! ALL OF THIS CAME TO A HEAD WHEN I WENT TO HAVE & EXPECTED, A BASIC REVIEW & NYS INSPECTION STICKER. SO THEY WAITED & MADE NO EFFORT AT ALL TO ASSIST WITH MY POSITION TO MAINTAIN MY CAR UNTIL THEY COULD "MOW ME OVER". BAD BAD , POOR POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY OR HAVE THEIR CAR SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I have another car in the family that is a Hyundia, which is VERY WELL MAINTAINED BY FIRESTONE after the factory warranty was up. WITH A GREAT REPUTATION & ONE I HAVE YEARS OF HISTORY WITH AS WELL ! THERE IS NO GOOD REASON TO GO BACK TO THIS DEALESHIP AT THIS TIME. From my understanding in the 10 years I've had my car (Mirage), is that this dealership has been through 2-3 owners & NOT ANYTHING GOOD HAS CHANGED ! And what type of question is "How is the Quality of the work performed ?", when I just picked it up & have to work??? Did you think I was going to put it on a lift & take a course in mechanics to learn look & see ??? I'm not naming names so you can pick out any one person. And another one "How was my pick up & delivery?" ???? Doesn't apply to me !!! What kind of question is that for a service visit ?? I found the people there to be genuinely interested in helping me. From the parts department to the service manager and the service team, including the mechanics and front desk customer service agent. A helping me. She was not only helpful and professional, but friendly and personable as well! Thanx again. See you in 3 months. BTW: I appreciate the $20.00 rebate letter you sent! Makes it all worthwhile!
