Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend the dealership. WORST SALES DEPARTMENT I'VE SEEN...Showed interest in a specific car Tuesday to Internet Mgr Yvonne Debenedetto...left message for her and the Used Car Mgr Wednesday to try to come see the car. I also had specific car Tuesday to Internet Mgr Yvonne Debenedetto...left message for her and the Used Car Mgr Wednesday to try to come see the car. I also had random salesman said he'll have her assistant give me a call back in 10-15, 0 calls back...tried to expedite process and fill out credit application on their website Thursday morning (confirmation said received and someone will contact you shortly), noone did. I called 3 hrs later and the Used Car Mgr happened to answer the sales line. He had time to take sales calls, but not time to return my voicemail? I told I filled out the credit app, he said he will work on it, and will call me back in 10-15 mins. He never called back. I call again hours later, let Yvonne know my terrible experience so far and somehow she had no idea I submitted the application even though I emailed directly about having done so earlier. She said she'd have someone call me back. NOONE still called back...and this is from a customer with scores around 700...Friday comes, I call back AGAIN asking why I haven't been called back at all. Yvonne still cannot give me a good answer why not. She calls back hours later to say they weren't able to pull all of the scores because of 2 credit freezes, something that only takes 5 mins for me to undo. So I asked is the vehicle even still there. For some reason she had no idea what vehicle I was even interested in after 3 days of communication and her obvious generic automated emails. And of course the VEHICLE WAS SOLD the night before. They dropped the ball on the numerous buying signs I gave them and tried to blame it on me for having credit freezes and that they are a busy dealership. NOONE HAD 5 MINS TO PICKUP A PHONE AND CALL BACK A CREDIT APPLICANT ABOUT AN ISSUE REVIEWING CREDIT?? They took no responsibility for the 3 days of unreturned calls, poor communication, and terrible business practices of not even following up with an active buyer while they have a credit application right in front of them. If I didn't call back for the 15th time in 3 days, I'd never know that they couldn't pull credit or even that the car I wanted was gone. A complete waste of time...noone even asked if I had a trade in, was I putting any money down, why was I buying a car, or MORE IMPORTANTLY how they could fix their mistakes. Neither of these 2 employees did their jobs very well and definitely lost a ton of referrals as well from my business. I dont know who they sell cars to, but they CLEARLY did not want to sell one to me. I thought it was the car salespeople that are supposed to stalk the customers. NO CALLS BACK. NO CLASS. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO RESPECT. The Owner of this dealership should be ashamed. They dont even deserve the 1 ⭐ on this review More
For something that was suppose to be such a pleasant experience was definitely far from it . Coming to this dealership has been nothing but a mistake from the moment of walking in, I should have listene experience was definitely far from it . Not only did I not receive the $500 “fully refundable” deposit that was promised that they told me I needed to do in order to hold the car I wanted (still two weeks later still have not been given my deposit back) but also was never told about the 17% interest rate until after. When I sat down to try to speak with someone about pricing on the car they were more about running my credit instead of discussing the actual amount of the car in the first place. When I did ask in the mid process of them running all the information I was told that I had to wait because they were to busy to speak at the moment as If my question was absurd to ask at that time . Soon after they ran my credit and tried to switch my insurance they decided to have me wait a few days until anyone was able to give an actual price/answer for the biweekly payments . (Which the owner was very rude/inconsiderate when I told them the price was to high and I wanted to look at other options) But kept telling me that I had ,”an amazing deal for what I was trading in.” The owner soon became very admit on continuously calling my phone while I was at work to try to sell me other cars when I explained I could not answer at the moment due to me being at work . When I decided that I wasn’t going to do business with them due to the high rates and amount of pressure they were putting on me to buy/sell me on all these cars, the attitude of their service of the place entirely just got worse and now refusing to give back my deposit in general.(After Timio told my husband and I not to worry that if we don’t want the car we will be fully refunded.) Really hope no one gets taken advantage of like I did as well as hopefully not getting disrespected for not wanting to purchase from a place full of rude salesman. I definitely would not recommend this place at all . Plenty of other great dealerships on 112 that I wish I had went to first instead of having to fight with this company in order to receive back what I was promised . More

Very typical Car salesman like. First we went it to ask about a used car and they automatically steered us to a New car. I understand that's what they do. We looked at 2019 outlander ES they have multiple about a used car and they automatically steered us to a New car. I understand that's what they do. We looked at 2019 outlander ES they have multiple 2019's on the lot at the time. This one was very nice had a lot of feature ect. when they were working the numbers they with all the "discount ect." they got the number down to "there bottom" . We left a deposit so we could go home and discuss. They didn't pressure us we went another dealer and found out that we could get a 2020 same SUV same features for same price. (with less discounts) because not all the discounts that are available for the 2019 aren't for a 2020. The market value price for the 2020 was less than the 2019. That makes no sense. They Also advertised a 2019 same suv for 19,999 the next day and when we went in to talk to the the second time and asked them about it they blew it off as no no that's what we got your price down to. I also didn't like that they lists cars at a price which is after you put $2000 down. That's not the price it's a seller's manipulation tool. This is what I feel like they are very manipulative and very typical salesman like. We went to another dealer who didn't play games didn't try to sell us on something we didn't want, and the price listed was the price no after 2000 down crap. In the end we went with this dealer and got what we went in for. More
