I purchased a vehicle from this 'dealer' last year. I immediately got the car home and it was acting up. The head gaskets were blown but the dealer and his son didn't inform me at all. I am at liberty to immediately got the car home and it was acting up. The head gaskets were blown but the dealer and his son didn't inform me at all. I am at liberty to understand they knew there was an issue, as the upper radiator hose had been recently replaced since the hose still had the part sticker on it, and it had no grease or any residue on it. The hole in the exhaust he warned me about was actually four separate holes in the exhaust. Needless to say, I warn everyone from buying from here, and if you do, be warned that they only 'fix' things enough to make them appear functioning properly, and do not actually fix the issues they find. I was looking for an affordable motorcycle for the summer. After contacting Ryan, he found a nice r6 for me. After doing some research, I realized I couldn't match the price anywhere. I went to the sh summer. After contacting Ryan, he found a nice r6 for me. After doing some research, I realized I couldn't match the price anywhere. I went to the shop, and the bike was washed, waxed and ready to ride. After looking around the beautiful area, and chatting with Ryan for a while, we finalized the purchase and I rode off into the sunset. I will be back! Thanks Ryan! More
Sold the car as passing state inspection - even with a brake squeal (they were just dirty, he had checked them personally). After State Inspection I took the car to another shop to find the squeal that h brake squeal (they were just dirty, he had checked them personally). After State Inspection I took the car to another shop to find the squeal that he could not hear and they showed me pads that were at the minimum thickness required for state inspection at their thickest point. When I complained he did replace the parts - but charged me for them. Insisted that my check engine light was on because I wasn't running premium fuel and Subaru required gasoline additive. Finally 'fixed' the check engine light emissions issues by installing used parts from different models that were not compatible - specifically non CA emissions parts on a CA car. He 'fixed' the rattles he created when replacing the catalytic converters by removing the heat shields on the catalytic converters. Insisted problems were not problems even though two reputable garages (knowing that they were not getting the work - in fact, one refused to do it) confirmed and documented the issues. One of the items he 'checked and made sure it was fine' caused a breakdown and tow within 10 days. He refused to return calls which resulted in me taking the car somewhere else which is where we found out about the wrong and used parts being installed. Ryan is a nice guy but he will say anything to sell you a car and his 'repairs' are dangerous at best. More
