I have an old honda pilot. I was in town from maryland stuck with two kids.I couldn't shut my car off because I would have stalled. Monroeville Honda wouldn't even take me for 3 weeks! I drove right in to Cochran parking lot and met with Gabe Leonard and his employee Wyatt. They fit me in on a Friday afternoon.They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and they got it fixed that same day. I was so grateful. The staff was terrific while I waited in the lobby. Today it's the personal experience that goes a long way, especially with things being so expensive and people not able to just go out and buy new cars. I'm sitting home in Maryland writing this review, again, just wanting to say THANKS. I made it home. -Nicole More
