1st time buyer - and a buyer for life! I had been looking everywhere since October, 2018 for a used SUV with no luck. A friend sent me to Cochran. I decided to purchase a new one and both Kyle and Charlie, the finance man worked with me to afford it and even found the color that I really wanted. They were awesome! I think there is no better dealership in this area that went out of their way...no pressure, just plain friendly, honest sales people who love helping someone find a car! More

He responded to my online inquiry with 10 minutes, then sent me additional pics of the car after we spoke on the phone. He was friendly and "no nonsense." The price was good and service impeccable. I agreed to take the car and he processed a reserve payment to secure it until I could drive out and pick it up. Upon arrival, he had my information handed off to Lenny Adams in Finance in order to make the purchase fast and easy. The car was in much better condition than I expected (i.e. completely serviced, fully detailed and full tank of gas). I've only purchased 20 or so vehicles from dealers in my life, but this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I wouldn't hesitate to make another 5 hour drive to buy from Randy and Larry at #1 Cochran again. More

Purchasing my Vehicle was Great but this Survey was painful The actual purchasing of my Truck was a great experience. The price was great. My trade-in was Great and they did not pressure me to purchase anything that I did not want. However this survey process has been very difficult for me. It did not seem "user-friendly to me!" I thought I completed it the day I purchased the vehicle but apparently I did not. When I became aware that I hadn't completed it I tried again. But I was somewhat frustrated so I just repeatedly talked into my phone saying Great!. I thought it was ridiculous that I had to come up with 25 words to convince someone that I was satisfied. That review was not accepted. This is my third attempt . I have a personal opinion that surveys don't accurately record the data. I come from the school of thought that "no news is good news" That's why I have bothered to write this long review. This survey was not "Good News"! It was not a pleasant experience for me!!! More

We will continue to tell our friends what a great Toyota dealership this continues to be under Rob Cochran and plan on continuing to be loyal customers. We are very pleased with our new vehicle.
