Vehicle came in due to a screw being in the rear tire. Service looked at the tire and stated it needed to be replaced. The price given was $80 higher than Flynn’s next door. I will gladly drive to Toyota Monroeville for service and sales before I deal with your location again. Unfortunately this seems like a common thing talked about at your location. Best part of this ordeal is I took the vehicle to Flynn’s to have them look at the tire and order a replacement since that was your recommendation. Flynn’s removed the tire, removed the screw, verified screw never punctured the tire wall. The tire was reinstalled and charged zero dollars. They provided the amazing service your team should have. All of our vehicles are Toyota (tundra, sequoia, 2 rav4’s). You guys need to do better. More

I was checking other dealerships out for my new Tacoma and Cochran gave me the best deal. Chad was great to work with, he was very honest about what i was looking for. I wanted a certain type of Tacoma a and Cochran gave me the best deal. Chad was great to work with, he was very honest about what i was looking for. I wanted a certain type of Tacoma and color. Chad didn't push me into trying to get a deal and that made me feel comfortable with him. I ended up getting more options on the truck than expected.
