Finally car buying made enjoyable I dread going to car dealerships and buying cars. I feel it's the worse experience ever in the world of purchasing. That being said my trip to #1 Cochran Subaru in Butler blew me away. Vince wasn't the typically pushing car salesman. He felt like a friend who just happened to work as a car salesman. He didn't give any pushy speeches, he allowed myself and my wife to look at cars at our pace and when it came to the time to review the "numbers" he allowed us time to discuss it privately. Also we had a couple of our children with us and Vince made them feel at home during the process. I honestly hate feeling out these reviews but I had to fill one out for Vince as he made me actually enjoy my experience buying a car. Words can't express how much that means to me. After the sale Everybody nice until we bought the vehicle. After 10 days, my insurance was not issued on my new Crosstrek, the dealership said they were required to Everybody nice until we bought the vehicle. After 10 days, my insurance was not issued on my new Crosstrek, the dealership said they were required to do the transfer for finance reasons. I left voicemails and wrote emails, never got a reply. I eventually did it myself to make sure i had insurance. I can't help but feel now that i bought the car they have no time for me. More

He treated us with patience and respect and we look forward to seeing him when we come in for routine service. John Tofil, the Service Mgr, has always done no less than "Above and Beyond" to ensure that our vehicles are in top condition and that we are completely satisfied and happy.
