This was a no pressure dealership. Salesman was very knowledgeable on the different models of Subaru vehicles. Our experience was very impersonal. Our salesperson was the busiest person on the planet, and always felt he had his hand in so much. He didn't seem interested in taking the time to answer our questions, and some of the answers we received, as we reflect, were wrong. Additionally, the listing for the vehicle we purchased had errors. Essentially, the listing stated the car had more features than it actually did. When we brought this up, everyone seemed to have gotten... Rather salty. Well, why be upset with us? Whoever in charge of the listing needs to be more thorough. Moreover, the detailing we received was probably the poorest detail we've ever received. We'd never consider bringing our car there for a detail. Those are the core issues. I bought a new car from a competitor a number of years ago and had a much different - better - experience. More
