From that moment on he gave us his full attention and answered any and all questions we had. He was very friendly, neat in appearance and did not at any time make us feel pressured into buying a vehicle. After viewing several vehicles and test driving we did end up purchasing one of the pre-owned vehicles. Talking to Bruce was like talking to a good friend you've known for years.
