My rating is reflective more on Subaru than the specific dealer. Specifically I had to pay more then twice the amount for a battery then market rates because I could only buy my battery from Subaru. I had purchased a battery through AAA, which when that battery went dead, AAA could no longer replace my battery even though I had a warranty for that battery. AAA stated they are in a lawsuit against you because my vehicle requires a special Alt battery that they were only made aware of in the last year. This dealer then tried to explain to me that it’s because of all the electronics in the vehicle which is ridiculous, this is a 2016 vehicle! And of course your battery was more than twice what I paid AAA. Nothing like Subaru ripping off a customer that has bought 4 Subarus for his family. No more!! More
