We are very aggressive with our pricing at Boardman Nissan. However, there is a point in deals that they do not make sense. We evaluate the situation and communicate that information with the client. We would like to able to make every transaction, but at times we cannot come to terms. We wish the client well and always handle the situation in a professional manner.

Ohio law requires us to make sure that people have valid driver's licenses. In addition, we want to make sure that we have a copy of a clients license prior to them going on a test drive. This face is because we care about our employees safety. Finally, our salespeople are trained to give each client a product presentation. If our staff did not do a product presentation, they were wrong. Clients cannot make an educated decision without the proper information, and our job is to provide that information to clients.
