After seeing a 2012 Nissan Frontier on autotrader.com, in the exact color and option package we had hoped for, my wife and I decided to look at this trunk at Boardman Nissan. We were greeted by Michael, who showed us the truck and accompanied my wife on a test drive (she's the truck driver at our house). Our trade was evaluated, and we were able to discuss the details of the deal. The truck was 9 months old, and we were concerned about some paint chips at one of the wheel wells. Mike assured me they would take care of this, and we committed to the purchase if they were fixed to our satisfaction. To make a long story short, Wes, the sales manager made sure the repair was made to our satisfaction, and we bought the truck. The experience was great for several reasons. Mike and Wes were pleasant without a lot of pressure. The repair was made to our satisfaction. The price on the truck was great, saving us about $10,000 over a similar new truck. Their finance person found us financing that saved a full percentage point over what our bank had offered. Best yet, they took care of titling and registering our truck in Pennsylvania, saving us a lot of time and aggravation. Best of all my wife is thrilled with our truck, and I'm sure most men understand how important that is! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Boardman Nissan, and would recommend this dealership to others. More
I think we really lucked out when Rex opened the door for us to go in the dealership. He was so accommodating, he went out of way to show us anything we wanted. The first day we were there for over 3 hours, drove 2 vehicles on long test drives.We went back the next day and drove a completely different vehicle. We were there another 4 hours before we found what we wanted. Rex always was smiling and happy. We had to go back to the dealer a couple of days later for help with some of the features on the vehicle. Rex was busy but two other salesman came out to help us in freezing cold temperatures. Both were extremely helpful and very pleasant. More

I was in the market for a used car on Autotrader and found the exact car I wanted at Boardman Nissan. I called Chris and he was very accomadating and after a few phone calls back and forth we had an ag found the exact car I wanted at Boardman Nissan. Here's the rub, I live in North Carolina and it was a 500+ mile drive, but I was determined to go for it and had a good feeling from the way I was treated. When we arrived Richard greeted us and we checked out the car, test drove, had our trade checked out, and all was agreed upon. Next up was Garritt in financing, who got us absolutely excellent financing and we were completed and back on the road in 2 hours. Bottom line,it was worth the drive. I would highly recommend this dealership for new or used. They are honest, upfront and treat people how they shouldbe treated. Tim More

I shopped for a Nissan in Beaver County, at Montrose, and Sims Nissan before I finally made my purchase at Boardman Nissan...And there are several reasons why I decided to buy from Boardman Nissan. 1. Nob Sims Nissan before I finally made my purchase at Boardman Nissan...And there are several reasons why I decided to buy from Boardman Nissan. 1. Nobody came CLOSE to their price!!! I got quotes from all of the above dealerships, and nobody was willing to match their prices. 2. The people there are fantastic! Eric is an excellent salesman, with a wealth of knowledge, and a fantastic personality. Wes couldn't have possibly been more honest or helpful, and he's truly the kind of guy I would like to see my daughter bring home! And the Finance Director, Garet Eackelbary was wonderful at explaining all of my warranty coverage options, and making sure I selected the best one for me...NOT the best one for him! 3. Their inventory is HUGE!!! As I mentioned above, I traveled to every Nissan dealership in my area, and had a chance to check out their inventory. Nobody else comes close to matching Boardman Nissan in terms of available colors, trim levels, models, etc, etc! 4. At most dealerships, a mother like myself is treated like an idiot. Boardman Nissan didn't view me that way, and treated me like the well-informed customer that I am. At some of the other dealerships I listed above, I felt like a second-class-citizen...but not at Boardman Nissan! Frankly, I could go on and on all day about how much I loved my experience at Boardman Nissan, but instead, I suggest that you go find out for yourself! I'm sure that you will have the same fantastic experience that I had. More
I walked into Boardman Nissan originally having my heart set on a Jeep Liberty, but knowing that the gas mileage on it wasn't great, I wanted to see what was out there in the car world. I had seen an Altim set on a Jeep Liberty, but knowing that the gas mileage on it wasn't great, I wanted to see what was out there in the car world. I had seen an Altima on the road and thought it looked pretty cool so I stopped at the Nissan dealership. My salesman, Eric, asked me what I was looking for in a car. I told him about the Jeep and explained that if I was going to give up that Jeep that I wanted so badly, it would have to be an extremely "badass" car with lots of bells and whistles. He told me about this Nissan Sentra that they had just taken in, it was a special edition in metallic blue with a moonroof, touch screen navigation, and awesome rims. I said I wanted to see it so he pulled it around for me. I took it for a test drive and LOVED how smooth the ride was, but still had the Jeep in the back of my mind. I told Eric that it was a lot to think about and my mom and I were going to go talk about it over dinner. Before I left, the sales manager, Wes, came over and asked how everything was going. I explained the whole situation to him and he completely understood. At dinner, I decided that I couldn't be completely comfortable with leasing the Sentra without at least seeing this Jeep first. Because of my work schedule, it took me a week until I could make it out to go see the Jeep. During the week, Eric and Wes were willing to text me and answer every question I had about the Sentra. Wes even took the time to go take a bunch of pictures and text them to me so I had something to compare when I went to see the Jeep. I saw the Jeep, and I loved it, but it was not the car for me. It was too top heavy and I just did not feel comfortable driving it at all. I called Wes when I left the dealership and he said I could come and take the Sentra overnight. When I went to the dealership, I met with the finance guy, John, and he took all of my information and everything and told he he would work something out and would see me the next day. I drove it everywhere I could throughout all my normal daily routes, in and out of my driveway a couple times, out to where I work and everything. I decided this was the car for me. When I went in the next day, they had all the paperwork filled out for me so there was no lengthy wait to see if I qualified. John took care of everything just like he said he would. My whole experience with Boardman Nissan was exceptional and seamless. I wouldn't have made this decision without the help of the fantastic, attentive, caring staff, especially Eric, Wes, and John. They are great guys who cared about how I felt about the car, not about the sale. I would highly recommend Boardman Nissan to everyone!! More
The sales person, Rex, who we dealt with did a fine job and I would work with him again in the future. This is the second Nissan lease in my family and we returned to this same dealership however in thi and I would work with him again in the future. This is the second Nissan lease in my family and we returned to this same dealership however in this trip back we dealt with new sales and finance managers. The long and short of it is was that I was shorted $100 on my trade in. We did the deal on a Thursday night and they rushed me through the paperwork to get the deal done. In fact I suggested holding off for a day so we did not have to rush but was "assured" there would be no issues. I feel the leadership all of the sudden had selective amesia as to the terms of the deal. When it was time to pick up my check the check was short several hundred dollars. Of course the person who worked on this was not available. The next day they admitted to an error and cut me another check but this was was still short $100. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
