I was in a car accident where my car was totaled. I went in to see Rex and explained my situation and he took car of me. my family and I ALWAYS go to Rex when coming to this dealership. We had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and responsive. They met our needs. Donnie was a new salesperson but was very educated with product knowledge and helped us find the car we needed for ou responsive. They met our needs. I am originally from Warren Ohio. I came to the area for a funeral. My vehicle was making a strange noise. I called the Nissan Dealership located on Elm Road in Warren, Ohio. I explained my situation and asked if they could take a look at my car. I asked if they could get me in that day since I would be leaving the next day. I explained my situation and need. They said they could not get me in. I asked if they could at least take a look. I was told no they could not! I asked if they could give me the telephone number of another local Nissan Dealership. I was told no they could not! These were the folks at Sims Nissan on Elm Road in Warren. WOW--at that moment I felt like crying since I live in Radcliff, Kentucky and was only in town for the funeral and was hoping to leave the next morning. Ok, after I got off the tears part I called Boardman Nissan. I talked with Allisa and explained my situation. When I explained my situation and asked if they could take a look--her reply was "SURE"!!! Boy that was great. She asked if I could be there by 4:00 p.m. and I told her I could, so I headed in that direction. Upon arrival Allisa of course greeted me with a smile and began to get things in order. My friends and I went to the waiting room and I'd say within five minutes of my vehicle being pulled in --it was being pulled out again. It had something to do with a fan cover??? Everyone that day took very good care of me. They smiled and they made me feel like I mattered and because it was important to me that my vehicle be fixed--it was important to them. I can't tell you just how grateful I was for their assistance. Although I don't remember everyone's names my experience at your dealership was stellar. Everyone did an excellent job!!!! My hat’s off to you. If I ever come that way again and have an issue--I will definitely choose you over the other dealership. Your staff made me feel like I was at my delaership in Kentucky "Swope Nissan in Elizabethtown". More
My 2012 Juke has been experiencing a terribly annoying and distracting clicking noise, coming from either the dash or glove box region of the passenger side. I have taken my car in to have this repaired and distracting clicking noise, coming from either the dash or glove box region of the passenger side. I have taken my car in to have this repaired at Boardman Nissan no less than six times. Six times I have been told that the problem had been solved, and six times I have been lied to, as the problem persists, and actually has gotten progressively worse. It has gotten to the point that I hate driving my car and regret the purchase altogether. Not only that, but I am offended by the number of times that I have been told that this problem has been solved while little to nothing seems to have actually been done to stop the noise. I was told by the mechanic that he is paid by the hour, so it seems as if no one is taking the problem seriously or putting much effort into solving this. Yesterday, I took my car in yet again, and was given a rental while my car was repaired. Today I was happy to hear that it had finally been fixed, but I was lied to yet again. I have been patient and understanding for six visits, but my patience has reached it's limit. In addition to their failure to solve this problem or be honest about their inability to do so, a half a tank of gas was used in my car in the day that they had it. I returned the rental with a full tank, and was unaware that I had only dropped my car off for someone to take joyriding. If the repairs had actually been completed, I wouldn't have minded, but it is absurd that my car was driven that much while the repairs were still not made. I now have another appointment in the morning, and no faith that anything will be resolved in this visit either. I don't know if the problem lies in the incompetence of the service department, or if they just enjoy wasting my time. This has gone on for entirely too long, and I've lost all hope that anything will be done beyond my time being wasted to no end. More

My new rogue was making a very load noise. I could not miss work so I drove to work. Called the dealership talked to a manager, Chris about my problem told him I could not leave the hospital and needed t miss work so I drove to work. Called the dealership talked to a manager, Chris about my problem told him I could not leave the hospital and needed to get my mom to the doctor's right after work.. They sent someone to the hospital to exchange the car with a loaner and serviced the car. As I was leaving the hospital to pick up my mom I was having trouble with the loaner. Called to Nissan to talk to Richard who sold me my Rogue and has helped me NUMEROUS times with excellence!!!!! Helped me out AGAIN and I was on my way. They found the problem with my car, stone stuck between rotor and break pad. Picked up my car, dropped of loaner and thanked them for their help THANK YOU boardman Nissan for helping stay at the hospital and getting my mom to the doctor's. I certainly hope this excellent service will continue as I have owned Nissan vehicles for a very long time. More

From start to finish, I had another great experience at Boardman Nissan. I purchased a pre-owned Nissan from them a few years ago and received great service (and a great car). I returned to purchase a new Nissan and received top-notch service and a super-friendly staff. I never felt hassled or pressured at Boardman Nissan as I have often felt when visting other dealers. Great experience overall - I love my new Nissan Altima! More
