#1 Cochran Kia Robinson

Looking for a replacement for my worn out Grand Prix and stopped at #1 Cochran Robinson while I was in Pittsburgh. Ran across a beautiful Pre owned 2006 Buick Lucerne with 20K on it. Drove it and they appra stopped at #1 Cochran Robinson while I was in Pittsburgh. Ran across a beautiful Pre owned 2006 Buick Lucerne with 20K on it. Drove it and they appraised my Grand Prix giving me a very fair price for it. The process was second to none and Mr. Bissert gave me his undivided attention even though it was apparent he was quite busy. The vehicle was cleaned and checked out even coming with a GM warranty. Needless to say this was my second purchase from the Cochran organization as we purchased a Nissan Maxima just under 6 months ago. Great people, great place, and well worth the drive from Canfield Ohio for anyone looking fro a great place to purchase and service a vehicle. We made the deal and picked up our car with minimal effort. I couldn't imagine buying a car from anyone else after dealing with him. No pressure, no fast talk. He is just the best! We also sat with Jason Kascak to complete our paperwork. Another professional, customer service friendly person at your dealership. Just wanted to write and say how my I am enjoying my new Optima SX. Love the lines of the car, the interior with all its features, the power and the gas mileage. My first trip to Columbus and I got 35 miles to the gallon. That is awesome considering the power in this car. I am getting stopped by people all the time to ask me about the car. I would also like to say that I had an enjoyable experience with the guys in Robinson. Dan Trotter, my salesman, was knowledgeable and friendly but not overly pushy like many salesman that you can come across. Dan and Rob Williams work with me to get me into the car with a deal that I am comfortable with. Jason, the finance guy, explained everything in easy to understand terms. (One can never understand everything when it comes to reading the paperwork on new cars hahaha) I look forward to working with these gentlemen in the future since I have the free inspection and understand a car wash is going in sometime soon. I visited 2 other dealers just before visiting Cochran Kia in Robinson (one was a Kia dealer that was supposed to provide a no haggle price). We were unimpressed by our reception at those dealerships...t Kia in Robinson (one was a Kia dealer that was supposed to provide a no haggle price). We were unimpressed by our reception at those dealerships...the salesmen were unimpressive and they didn't try to "sell" us and let us leave without even trying to make the sell or even see what they could do to maybe entice into a deal (as would be expected). Then we went to Cochran Kia where we were greeted by Sam (our salesman). He was very personable and in our senior age bracket. When he determined that we were interested a Sedona EX with some options, he brought it to us and then went over the vehicle describing its features and included options. When I told him I was an Internet registered client, he stated he would find the manager to take care of us; however, he was instructed to continue the workup using the USAA guaranteed price as a base. He also got our car looked over to determine a trade-in value. When I disagreed with the trade-in value offered, I negotiated with the Manager and offered to complete the purchase right then if he would meet my offer.....the deal was consummated. We were pleased throughout the whole process with all the people who assisted us in the purchasing process....all were personable, professional and proficient. I will certainly recommend Cochran Kia to my friends and associates as I get the impression that the other Cochran Dealerships operate at the same high level of salesmanship. Sidney Thomas More
